Stop guessing.
Start doing.
Launching Early 2026.
When it comes to health, knowledge isn’t enough.

Understand what
your body is telling you.
Take action on the four key pillars of health.
Food can be medicinal. What you eat directly affects your energy, circulation and inflammation.
We help you build an eating pattern that works for your body and your life. This means focusing on whole foods, managing blood sugar, supporting your gut and finding what fits your routine. The right diet for you is the one that gives you what you need, you enjoy and you can stick to.
Simple changes like eating more fibre, reducing ultra-processed foods and timing your meals better can shift your biomarkers in meaningful ways.
Movement isn't just about weight loss or fitness. It directly improves insulin sensitivity, circulation, mood and energy.
We help you find ways to move that actually fit your life. This could mean walking more, strength training twice a week or simply standing more throughout your day.
The goal isn't to become an athlete. It's to build regular movement into your routine in ways that feel doable and good for your body.
Sleep is when your body repairs itself. Poor sleep disrupts your hormones, increases inflammation and makes it harder to manage blood sugar and weight.
We help you improve both how much you sleep and how well you sleep. This means working on your bedtime routine, managing light exposure and addressing what's getting in the way of rest.
Better sleep often has the fastest, most noticeable impact on how you feel. It's always worth prioritising.
Chronic stress affects your blood sugar, inflammation, sleep and immune function. Learning to manage stress is not optional if you want to improve your health.
We help you build simple practices that calm your nervous system. This could be breathing exercises, time in nature, setting boundaries or finding moments of quiet in your day.
Relaxation shouldn’t feel like homework. Five minutes of focused breathing can have positive effects on your body for hours.

No. We don't just tell you what's wrong - we focus on simple steps to prevent problems before they start, based on what your body actually needs. We use our blood tests to track your progress every 4 months and give you feedback on how your lifestyle has affected your body.
Everything is designed to feel like having a conversation with a friend who happens to know a lot about health. No complex interfaces or medical jargon.
Your privacy matters. We're GDPR compliant, never sell your data, and you're in control of your information. Questions? Just ask.
Yes. Your blood test is done in person at a partner clinic by a trained professional, using a sample taken from a vein in your arm. This is the only way to run the full panel and get reliable results for things like insulin, cholesterol and inflammation.
At launch, we will have 40+ clinics in the United Kingdom. You can find them here.
We are looking at offering Do Health in other geographies and will be expanding our coverage. Join the waitlist to let us know where to launch next.
Clinical
Our blood tests are performed by a UK partner laboratory (Randox) that is UKAS accredited to ISO 15189, the same standard used in NHS and hospital labs. That means your samples are processed under strict quality control, with validated methods for every biomarker we report.
Do Health doesn’t replace any existing blood testing or NHS care - it makes you a more powerful patient, giving you deeper lifestyle focused testing and coaching so you can have better conversations and feel more in control of your metabolic health. We believe that lifestyle has a profound impact on health and wellbeing, as well as on the risk of many chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. That’s why we see lifestyle and medicine working side by side. It helps you build the foundations that support your health day to day, while any care from your GP or specialist focuses on diagnosis, monitoring and treatment.
For our blood test to be valid, you need to have fasted for 8 hours before your test - this means no breakfast, no snacks and no drinks containing sugar or milk. You can drink water, take your usual prescribed medicines and supplements as normal. You will get a checklist from us before your appointment in the app.
Results usually take 2-3 days after the day of the blood test. If your test is done before a weekend or a bank holiday then it may take slightly longer.
Do Health is a lifestyle and coaching programme using blood tests to give you a deeper insight into your health. We do not make clinical diagnoses or medication recommendations.
Core biomarkers are 11 key markers that give an insight into your metabolic and cardiovascular health. They are influenced by our lifestyle choices (modifiable) and have strong evidence that links them to risk of potential disease (optimisable). They are tested every 4 months and give you feedback on how your body is responding to the programme.
Baseline biomarkers are broad health screens that are primarily there to tell you if there is something that is concerning. If that is the case, you’ll receive communication from us to seek medical advice.
You can do your blood test at any time, as long as it is after a minimum of 8 hours of fasting. Many people prefer to do this in a morning slot as that means missing only breakfast.
Core markers are the foundation of our programme. They are there to tell you what truly matters about your health and are included by the fact that they can be modified through lifestyle and affect the risk of long term disease - this is what we call ‘optimisability’. Core markers are the only markers that can have an optimal grade.
Our ranges are based on UK clinical guidelines, clinical studies and our own clinical review of what is realistically modifiable and useful for prevention. For core markers we go further than simply “normal” and use tighter ranges where there is good evidence that lower or higher levels are linked to better health. It’s important to note that every lab has different reference ranges for some markers. This is because of how they are tested and is particularly relevant for hormonal markers.
Your biological age is calculated by assigning each of your core biomarkers a score based on where it lies within its clinical range. This score is then multiplied by a weight, depending on the clinical relevance of a biomarker, to make a final score, which is divided by how many core biomarkers were tested. This score is compared to a population average and converted to a biological age using your date of birth as a reference point.
Improving your biological age involves targeting lifestyle changes using the programme to focus on core markers that need improvement or further optimisation. Each biomarker has its own things that help to improve it over time. Each task, where relevant, is linked to a biomarker. For more information, please tap on each biomarker you would like more details on.
Roughly every four months is long enough for meaningful changes in markers like HbA1c, triglycerides and liver enzymes, but frequent enough that you can see the impact of your habits within the same year. It also lets us track you across different seasons, rather than relying on a single snapshot.
We support receiving blood tests while pregnant, however, it is important to note that our test ranges for females are not adjusted for normal changes that happen in the body during pregnancy. It is important to continue your routine antenatal check-ups alongside our programme.
Currently, we do not support inputting your results into our programme, although this may change in the future.
Yes. The blood panel and the lifestyle recommendations are built on evidence based medicine, using peer reviewed research and existing guidelines, then translated into simple actions that you can actually do. We continuously review the literature and update our internal clinical documents as new high quality evidence emerges.
Yes. Every biomarker in the app comes with a plain English description, a clear “what this means for you” and recommendations, rather than just a green or red flag. You will also have Joy in the app to answer questions and help to build your lifestyle around improving or maintaining blood markers.
